Spelling Bee with Rang 5/6

Ghlac Rang 5/6 páirt sa chomórtas Spelling Bee le déanaí. Piocadh ceathrar páistí ó gach rang (tar éis comórtas ranga) chun dul ar aghaidh go dtí an chraobh scoile. Bhailigh gach duine le chéile sa halla chun breathnú ar an gcraobh.  Comhghairdeas le Lucy as Rang Chiara go raibh an bua aici ar an lá.

Chuaigh sí ar aghaidh go dtí craobh an chontae le déanaí agus tháinig sí sa chéad cúig áit sa chontae. Maith thú Lucy!

Rang 5/6 recently took part in the Eason’s Spelling Bee competition. Following a class competition, four children were picked to compete in a school final. Everybody gathered in the halla to enjoy this event. Congratulations to Lucy in Rang Ciara who won on the day.

Lucy then went on to represent GMC in the county final and finished in the top 5 in the county. Maith thú Lucy!
